Crate Deposit Refund Procedure

Once your pet has been delivered, if you decide not to keep the crate, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify the Delivery Agent: When your pet is delivered, inform the delivery agent that you do not wish to keep the crate.
  2. Complete the Refund Form: The agent will provide a form for you to sign. In this form, you can select your preferred refund method, either cash or bank transfer.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once the form is completed and signed, your deposit will be refunded instantly. If you choose cash, the refund will be handed to you on the spot. If you prefer a bank transfer, it will be processed immediately, though it may take 2-4 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
